Pukekohe Park Raceway is gearing up for the Fuchs 500, the final BNT Super Tourers event for 2014 during the weekend of November 28 to November 30, where the endurance driver champion will be crowned.
The action begins at 11.00am on Fridaywith practice sessions starting at 11.00am through until 4.00pm, for UDC V8 Utes – Toyota Finance TR – 86, SsangYong Actyon Ute Racing, and NZ Super Trucks. after which there will be hotlaps.
Qualifying rounds will start on Saturday at 9.50am, with practice and qualifying sessions for the BNT NZ SuperTourers taking place through until 2,45pm.
Pukekohe Race Schedule
Race 1 of the BNT NZ SuperTourers gets underway at 4.25pm, with hotlaps finshing the day at 6.00pm.
On Sunday, races 2 and 3 of the BNT NZ SuperTourers are scheduled for 10.20am and 2.40pm and each race is of 70 laps.
Throughout the day there will be races for UDC V8 Utes – Toyota Finance TR – 86, SsangYong Actyon Ute Racing, the NZ Super Trucks, as well as mid-day entertainment.
The podium presentation will be held at 6.00pm.
To date, Shane van Gisbergen is leading the championship on 778 points, followed by Simon Evans (758) and Tim Slade back in third with 698 points.
Coverage will be same-day live on TV3’s CRC Motorsport and racing will include the exciting Super Trucks along with the UDC V8 Utes, SsangYong Actyon Racing series – all part of the overall Hankook Super Series.
